Our refund policy

Because the Threshold Journey is a digital initiation experience and provides instant access to all audio journeys, ritual recordings and the full ceremonial guide, refunds are not normally offered once access has been granted.

This is to honour the energetic and intellectual integrity of the work.

However, if you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents you from accessing the content, and we are unable to resolve this for you, a full refund will of course be provided.
