My Story
Everything fell apart.
I left my marriage.
I left my job.
Then Covid happened and the world shut down.
What followed was a period of complete change and deep isolation. I felt overwhelmed, alone, and stuck.
I moved into the countryside — the cottage I now call home.
And while it was beautiful…
my body was in survival mode.
Everything I built, I lost, I couldn’t seem to hold anything.
The Unravelling
It took time.
To see my patterns.
To understand the conditioning I had been living under.
To realise how disconnected I had become from myself.
I explored different tools, methods, and ways of healing —
learning as I went.
But the real shift came from something simpler.
Space.
Living in nature slowed me down.
It brought me back into my body.
Back into the present moment.
And from there, I began to rebuild.
Not from the outside in —
but from the inside out.
What This Became
Over time, I began to see what truly works.
Not working harder.
Not following the crowd.
But learning how to listen.
How to understand yourself.
How to work with your energy, instead of against it.
This is where Vesta was born.
Named after the goddess of the hearth,
she represents a return to your centre —
and the ignition of your inner flame.
Using astrology, the elements, and subconscious reprogramming,
I created a method to:
• Feel safe enough to feel your emotions and move out of your comfort zone
• Move into your heart and out of judgement
• To come into the present moment and follow through on commitments
• Remember your worth and embody your magnetic essence
All in a way that feels clear, supported, deeply embodied — and rooted in a slower, simpler way of living.
What I Stand For
Vesta is built on four principles:
Truth — honouring what is real for you
Harmony — creating balance within your body, energy, and life
Love — reconnecting with yourself and others with compassion
Freedom — living and creating life on your own terms
These aren’t just ideas.
They are a way of living.
My Mission
To awaken women to their truth, their power, their beauty —
and realign with the purpose their soul came here to live.
For generations, women have been disconnected from who they are.
Through witch hunts, patriarchy, and materialism.
Through systems that taught them to be quiet, to be agreeable, to doubt themselves.
Through fear — where intuition and power were misunderstood, suppressed, even labelled as something to be feared.
Through a world that rewards productivity over presence, and material success over inner truth.
Over time, we’ve been taught to look outside of ourselves
for direction, validation, and worth.
But that power was never lost.
Only buried.
When a woman returns to herself, she remembers.
She trusts her voice.
She listens to her body.
She follows what she feels called to do — not what she’s been told she should do.
And from that place, everything changes.
She creates a life that is true to her.
She moves with clarity, purpose, and self-trust.
She becomes fully expressed.
She becomes able to hold more — more life, more responsibility, more expansion.
And that doesn’t just change her life.
It ripples outward —
into her relationships, her work, her family, and the way she shows up in the world.
This is how we change the world.

and rising in their power.
Why Me?
This isn’t just something I teach.
It’s what I’m here to do.
There’s a part of me that has always been drawn to truth —
to what’s beneath the surface, to the deeper patterns shaping our lives.
I don’t just see what’s happening.
I see why it’s happening.
My work is deeply influenced by my own design.
With a strong Scorpio energy, I’m naturally drawn to transformation —
to the hidden, the emotional, the subconscious.
To the places most people avoid, but where real change happens.
With Mercury conjunct Neptune, I experience the world intuitively —
through energy, feeling, and vision.
This is what allows me to guide you beyond logic, into something deeper.
And with Pluto conjunct my North Node in Libra,
my path is rooted in transformation through connection —
helping others come back into alignment, into truth, into balance within themselves.
This isn’t something I chose lightly.
It’s something I’ve been led into.
Why It Matters to Me
This work gives my life meaning.
Guiding women back to themselves…
watching them remember who they are…
seeing that shift from doubt to clarity, from stuck to powerful —
that’s what lights me up.
Because I know this path.
I’ve lived the disconnection.
The overwhelm.
The questioning.
And I’ve done the work to come back to myself.
This isn’t theory.
This is lived.
And now, it’s what I’m here to share
